AOC Global, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, was formed in Delaware in January 2006 to capture the USAF Air Combat Command MQ-1 Predator Maintenance Support contract. The contract provides O&M services for the MQ-1 Predator and Communication Reachback Facility at numerous CONUS and OCONUS locations.
AOC Global, Member-Owner of Battlespace Flight Services (BFS) and major subcontractor, won the MQ-1 Predator Maintenance Support contract in 2007. AOC Global additionally won a similar MQ-1 contract for AFSOC a year later and successfully executed tremendous growth in the scope of the MQ-1 Predator program reaching annual revenue of $10 million in 2012.
The Company successfully recompeted and won the contract again in 2012 while supporting continued growth in the operations and maintenance of the MQ-9 RPA weapon system and aircrew launch and recovery (LRE). At the peak, the Company supported 19 LRE combat lines and 15 mission control element (MCE) combat lines at 15 operational sites.–As the leading O&M provider of Group 5 Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA), the Company supported 1,195,000 flight hours and 72,900 combat air patrols (sorties) while delivering operational performance far above contract standards. The Company consistently delivered Operational Readiness at greater than 99.99% or higher, Mission Capability Rate of 96%and Availability Rates above 90%.
